Shipping times:
- Because all Brinkley's Pouches are completely fresh natural ingredients I do ship out once freshly prepared for your furry friend.
- It is just me for now fulfilling your special orders so I appreciate the patience as I learn while my small business grows.
- Brinkley's Pouches do not contain preservatives so shipping costs might be more expensive in order to ensure they arrive still fresh for your pup! Each Pouch is shipped frozen with an ice pack with max 3 day shipping.
Returns
- At the moment because each order is made freshly we do not accept returns.
- However, if there is a problem with your order please contact us via email and we'll do our best to help address the problem and resolve it.
- Once you receive your order I recommend placing them in the freezer.
- Once you decide which Pouches you would like to use simply place them in the refrigerator to thaw out.
- When they are thawed make sure to shake the pouches well before use, the thawing process may cause some of the ingredients to separate inside the pouch. After you shake the pouch well you can now give it to your pup howevr you decide!
- Please keep in mind Brinkley's Pouches do not contain preservatives or any fillers just real whole ingridiants.
- Brinkley's Pouches are good in the refridgerator for 3 days.
- Brinkley's Pouches are good in the freezer for 3 months.
- Brinkley's Pouches are 8oz, and the serving size is based on your dogs weight.
- Brinkley's Pouches are all natural, beneficial ingredients however, everything should be fed to your dog in moderation. (Example; our "Gut Health" Pouch contains bananas. A large breed dog can safely have half-1 banana whereas a small breed dog can safely have 2 slices of banana.) That is why we made the recipes the way we did and our serving sizes the way we did, so your dog can enjoy the safe and beneficial amount meant for your dogs weight.

- Some owners might not know what they can safely give their dogs just yet.
- Others might not have the time, they want to give their dogs more natural options and alternatives, but just don't have the time to research recipes, bake, steam, cut, and/or puree all the ingredients.
- Even the owners that might know all of this already and have the time but maybe just don't feel like it.
